New App Notifications

Have you received application notifications at your personal e-mail box? Theses are pretty popular and I’m one that gets flooded with them too. Do you want to stop theses emails? Check out theses steps.  

• First step is to go to your settings
• Click the Notifications Settings tab
• Scroll down to your Receive App Invitations section
• Select the radio button to no
• Then click your save button

Got Photo Problems?

Do you ever get an error when uploading a photo on your Friendster? For example: read/write error, maximum photo reach, upload error, etc.

Tips:
- Rename the photo
- Change the size of your photo
- Change photo type from jpeg to bmp or png

I’ve had issues with uploading photos but been successful with fixing the problem using at least one of theses tips.

Friendster albums:

How to move photos from one album to another:

• Go to your profile page
• Click your edit photos button
• Click the Organize Photos link
• Check mark the photos you wish to move
• Select from the drop down menu where you wish to move your photos
• Next to the drop down menu, click the “move photos” link.
• Then click the save button.

• Once you’ve completed these steps, you may need to refresh your browser to see results.

How to arrange photos within a photo album:

• Click your Profile Page
• Click the Edit Photos button
• Double click on your album
• Click on the Organize Photos link
• Choose the photo you wish to move
• Click and drag
• Then click the save button

  Remove a Photo Album:

• Click your Profile Page
• Click the Edit Photos button
• Click the ‘edit’ link of the album you wish to delete
• Once you click the ‘edit’ link, next you’ll see ‘Album Properties’ box
• Then click the ‘delete album’ button
• Confirm yes, if you wish to delete
• Note: if you have any photos in the album, the photos will be deleted as well.

Change photo cover of albums:

Want to change the photo cover of your photo albums?

• Go to your profile page
• Click edit photos button
• Click on any of your photo album
• Then click the Organize Photos link
• Drag the photo you wish to be your cover to the upper right hand corner
• Click your save button
  Click the Back to Photo Albums link

If you don’t see your photo on the cover of the album, you may need to refresh your browser.

Note: In order for this feature to work, you will need to have at least two photos in your album.

Friendster Comment:

“How can I erase a submitted comment?”

If the comment has been approved and accepted by the person you sent the comment to, you’ll be able to use the ‘delete’ button on your friend’s profile.

However, if the comment is pending approval you don’t have an option to remove the comment until your friend accepts.
